**Resumen de la Vacante**:
Como Agente Bilingüe, serás fundamental en el apoyo administrativo a firmas de abogados y proveedores médicos en Estados Unidos. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Contestar llamadas en inglés de manera profesional.
- Manejo de calendarios y programación de citas.
- Organización y gestión de documentación.

**Objetivos de Rendimiento**:

- Ejecutar todas las responsabilidades administrativas con atención al detalle y eficiencia.
- Proporcionar soporte a miembros del equipo y clientes mediante llamadas y correos electrónicos.
- Mantener una comunicación profesional y organizada.
- Llevar a cabo la introducción de datos y gestionar documentos de forma confidencial.

- Dominio de Microsoft Office.

**Educación y Experiência**:

- Nível de inglés mínimo B2 (bilingüe).
- Educación bachillerato requerida; formación técnica o universitaria es preferencial pero no necesaria.
- No se requiere experiência previa; ofrecemos capacitación pagada.

**Requisitos Físicos**:
Capacidad para estar períodos prolongados sentado en escritorio y trabajando en computador.
