**Tu rol en Baxter**

Salvar y sostener vidas apoyando y ejecutando la implementación
efectiva de las estrategias de recursos humanos (actividades, procesos y
programas locales, regionales y corporativos) en los equipos de
Manufactura y Calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y
normas que establece la compañía para realizar un trabajo efectivo y un
ambiente organizacional adecuado enfocado al logro de resultados.

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**
- Acompañar y proporcionar el soporte necesario a procesos de
- Recursos Humanos (selección, inducción, entrenamiento, evaluación de desempeño, Desarrollo Organizacional, Cultura, Bienestar, compensación) en los equipos de manufactura y calidad
- Implementar y proponer iniciativas de cultura organizacional para lograr el mejor lugar para trabajar.
- Implementar los programas de desarrollo de líderes y darles el soporte oportuno en los procesos de administración de sus equipos de trabajo cuando lo requieran acorde con los requerimientos legales, corporativos y con los objetivos locales.
- Apoyar en la administración del Head Count del personal de Manufactura y Calidad dando soporte en la gestión los indicadores que permitan Garantizar cumplimiento de indicadores (Budget / Forecast).
- Apoyar la implementación de los planes de desarrollo individuales y de equipo, que permitan el logro de los objetivos de la organización
- Proponer e implementar el desarrollo de planes y programas que garanticen una apropiada gestión del cambio.
- Ser punto de contacto de los empleados para proveer información y facilitar la interpretación general de las políticas, procesos, procedimientos, programas, planes y actividades de Recursos Humanos.
- Implementar el uso de estándares, indicadores, análisis, metodologías y herramientas en la búsqueda del mejoramiento continuo de la gestión de Recursos Humanos y la respuesta a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de auditorías internas y externas de los diferentes sistemas de gestión y entes regulatorios con la información requerida desde recursos humanos garantizando que se cumple con los procesos y políticas establecidas

**Lo que aportarás**
- Profesional en administración de empresas, derecho, ingeniería industrial, Psicología o áreas afines.
- Posgrado en Administración del talento humano (Deseable)
- Experiência de dos años (2) desempeñando cargos donde se gestionen procesos de recursos humanos
- Conocimiento Workday (deseable)
- Conocimientos en legislación laboral (deseable)
