**Your Role at Baxter**
- We are currently looking for an HR Business Manager in our manufacturing plant. In this position, you will have a relevant role to play by partnering strategically with leadership and engaging our employees, to enable their maximum contribution.

**What you´ll be doing**
- Advising management on a variety of HR and business-related issues, both strategic and operational.
- Building and delivering an inclusive, innovative culture.
- Leading Best Place to Work activities and champion listening systems for continuous improvement.
- Handling day-to-day employee relations, staffing, and compensation in partnership with managers and functional partners.
- Analyzing HR Data related to talent planning and performance management.
- Facilitating New Hire Orientation and HR Training programs.
- Leading organization-wide talent planning initiatives (partnering with talent management CoE) including eligibility, assessment, calibration, development planning, and organizational planning.
- Run all compliance requirements and ensure an ethical, equal opportunity, and safe work environment.
- Ensure and manage labor relations to ensure that human resources contribute to the manufacture of high quality products in the plant
- Maintain continuous improvement in the indicators according to the EMS guaranteeing operational excellence.

**What you´ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- 10+ years of HR experience that includes at least 8 years of general HR experience with a focus on labor relations
- Health Care, Pharma, Med Device, and/or manufacturing plant background preferred.
- Fluent English.
