El equipo PAT está buscando un analista de soporte de sistemas para ayudar a desarrollar, administrar y respaldar el conjunto de herramientas de entrega de proyectos digitales DPD en proyectos y para la empresa en su conjunto. Las responsabilidades clave para este puesto incluyen, entre otras:
Para el proyecto:

- Analizar los requisitos funcionales al inicio del proyecto para definir los cambios de configuración técnica necesarios para los sistemas para lograr los objetivos del proyecto.
- Investigar y resolver en forma autónoma problemas identificados por los usuarios del proyecto, requiriendo ayuda a especialistas adicionales cuando sea necesario.
- Recopilar y comprender las solicitudes de cambios y mejoras importantes de las aplicaciones de diseño o del sistema en su conjunto, señalar alternativas cuando sea posible.
- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para diseñar y generar informes o soluciones de integración entendiendo las necesidades, prioridades, alternativas necesarias para apoyar los objetivos del proyecto.
- Implementar y desplegar la configuración del conjunto de herramientas de diseño de DPD,
- Gestionar problemas técnicos y ayudar a los usuarios con el uso adecuado de herramientas de DPD para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia.
- Planificar y realizar entrenamientos a expertos en las disciplinas y usuarios finales.

Requerimientos y experiência

Habilidades requeridas:

- Grado Universitario de Ingeniero de Sistemas o Ingeniero Mecánico
- 4 a 8 años de experiência en Tecnologías de la Información y plataformas de diseño, principalmente para proyectos de Ingeniería en etapas de Diseño, Compras y Construcción
- Ingles Intermedio / Avanzado
- Excelentes conocimientos sobre automatización de sistemas de información, modelado de datos, integración de sistemas, validación de datos e implementación de sistemas.
- Habilidades de autogestión de tiempo, autonomía en la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos y alta capacidad en la priorización de tareas.
- Conocimiento de aplicaciones CAD a nível usuario y administración en alguna de las aplicaciones de la industria (Hexagon / Bentley / Autodesk / AVEVA)
- Nível de razonamiento critico avanzado
- Conocimiento en SQL Server y C#.
- Alta disposición y orientación al servicio de usurario final.

Habilidades Deseadas:

- Experiência en proyectos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios.
- Soporte, configuración e implementación de tecnologías Hexagon como Smart 3D, Smart Review, Interops, SmartSketch, IsoGen.
- Creación de reportes MTO
- Personalización de atributos y propiedades de componentes de diseño
- Generación de reportes de avance de modelo 3D
- Generación de reportes completitud de data a nível de disciplina.
- Generación de reglas para el chequeo de interferencias.
- Generación de librerías de soportes paramétricos.
