El rol de Analista de Operaciones de Servicio (Aseguramiento Técnico y de Calidad) de Sencinet está diseñado para empresas que necesitan enfocar sus recursos en su negocio principal, delegando las tareas de gestión y control de la infraestructura de TI y Telecomunicaciones a un equipo de profesionales altamente calificados. preparado, equipado con herramientas avanzadas para lograr una mayor eficiencia operativa. El objetivo primordial de Service Operations Analyst es asegurar el cumplimiento de los níveles de servicio del SLA acordados con nuestros clientes, así como alcanzar altos níveles de satisfacción a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del servicio, involucrándose y contribuyendo a procesos que pueden ir desde el diseño de nuevas soluciones, pasando por tareas relacionadas con la operación y cuestiones administrativas hasta procesos de mejora continua.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Gestión de Operaciones**
- Gestión de servicios de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas y procesos basados en un entorno ITIL;
- Soporte de 2º nível para incidencias y peticiones;
- Reducción de los tiempos de respuesta para atender incidencias y peticiones;
- Atención al cliente in situ de acuerdo con el rol previamente acordado;
- Mostrar liderazgo en la solución de incidentes y problemas operativos;
- Garantía del nível de servicio al cliente (SLA);
- Manejo de escalamientos internos y externos para garantizar la resolución del incidente;
- Elaboración de informes de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente;
- Gestión de la capacidad y disponibilidad de los servicios.

- Demostrar y comprender la importancia de nuestros servicios para nuestros clientes y asumir la responsabilidad de resolver cualquier solicitud, consulta o problema;
- Capacidad para enfrentar situaciones complejas de manera profesional con empatía y calidez, asegurando los mejores resultados para Sencinet y la experiência del cliente;
- Entender al cliente y tener claros los objetivos de cada uno, manteniendo conversaciones honestas para gestionar sus expectativas;
- Conocimiento especializado adaptado a las necesidades del cliente;
- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora;
- Diagnosticar problemas y gestionar la resolución con los grupos relevantes: Gerentes, Técnicos, colegas, proveedores y grupos de clientes;
- Actúe con flexibilidad (por excepción) durante horas insociables cuando el servicio al cliente falla o ocurren incidentes graves.
Bajo el rol de Analista de Operaciones de Servicios, las siguientes habilidades estarán disponibles para garantizar la calidad y la gestión de los servicios de nuestros clientes.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Estudio en TI, Telecomunicaciones y otros.
- Más de 2 años de experiência en la gestión y manejo de incidentes de clientes en Servicio de TI;
- Conocimiento de redes WAN/LAN;
- Conocimiento ágil equivalente.

- CISCO CCNA;
- Fundación ITIL.
