As a Jr. Support and Operations Analyst, you play a crucial role in driving success in the region by executing operational and administrative processes and providing internal support to the Americas commercial team. You are their trusted partner correct order and commissions administration, maintain documentation, and implement process and technology improvements.

- Ensure correct CPQ and order-to-cash administration, including contract creation, deal processing and handover to the finance and delivery teams.
- Ensure correct administration and processing of the monthly commissions for the commercial teams.
- Ensure correct usage and adoption of technology and processes by commercial representatives through a deep understanding of the tools and IT landscape in place.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics such as pipeline management, activity levels and lead follow up time using existing dashboards.
- Suggest improvements to automate and simplify processes; and assist the global Revenue Operations team to implement them.

**What You Bring Along**
- Advanced Skills in Excel
- Bilingual English (B2 or higher) level.
- You have up to 2 years of Revenue Operations, Commercial Support or Analyst experience.
- Able to work **Hybrid**(3 days at home, 2 days at the office) in our great Medellin office.
- A passion for e-commerce: You’re up to date on the latest trends and developments in our discipline.
