**What success looks like in this role**:

- Customer Interface
- Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills
- Possesses experience in developing implementation plans for Service Desk projects and workload transitions
- Possess a proven track record in managing Service Desk workload transitions
- Performs detailed planning, project execution management and completion of moderate or large projects.
- Schedules roles and resources
- Evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans.
- Manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting
- Oversees development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Provide timely and comprehensive status reports
- Provide advance notifications to management regarding potential issues before they occur.
- Communication
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Effective and adaptable team leadership
- Innovative self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Facilitate effective two-way communication with staff members and management
- Document issue resolutions clearly and accurately

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related area, preferably Computer Science or five years of equivalent experience. Have relevant certifications for the skills/infrastructure/service area/domain, i.e. **PMP certification**:

- Experience with Service Now platform or ITSM required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience planning and organizing Service Desk oriented projects and workload transitions required
- Microsoft Project experience
- Strong MS Office tools experience
- PMP Certification - highly desired
