Technical Support Rep

Quantic es una empresa de soluciones de sistemas de punto de venta basada en la nube con sede en King of Prussia, PA(EEUU). Estamos buscando un contrato de tiempo completo o un representante de soporte técnico asalariado y un coordinador de incorporación que pueda comunicarse con los clientes y resolver problemas con problemas de POS, incluidos los problemas básicos de conectividad de red.
**Las responsabilidades adicionales para el puesto incluyen**:
- Resolución de tickets de problemas de acuerdo con el nível de servicio
Dado (SLA)
- Programación TPV
- Comunicarse con los clientes
- Comprensión de los informes de PDV
- Instalaciones remotas de punto de venta POS
- Configuración y envío de hardware
- Documentación técnica
**Tipo de trabajo: a tiempo completo**
