Quantic is a cloud-based point of sale solutions company based in King of Prussia, PA (USA). We are looking for a full-time contract Technical Support Representative and an Onboarding Coordinator who can communicate with customers and troubleshoot POS issues, including basic network connectivity problems.
Additional responsibilities for the position include:
- Resolving tickets according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- POS scheduling
- Communicating with customers
- Understanding POS reporting
- Remote POS installations
- Hardware setup and shipping
- Technical documentation
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Required**: B2 English

**Schedule**:
- 8-hour shift (with 1 hour for lunch, totaling 9 hours)
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- University/Technical degree (preferred)
