Role Overview:
Jumio is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jumio's products and services to provide expert-level support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other resources to support customer self-service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
