Role Overview:

Jumio is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jumio's products and services to provide expert-level support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other resources to support customer self-service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
