Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Moderating Support Group sessions and ensuring a smooth experience for participants
  • Providing technical and connectivity assistance to customers and team members
  • Responding to program-related questions and managing correspondence
  • Monitoring email, voicemail, and text messages from customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including spreadsheets, formulas, schedule creation, and other record management functions
  • Ability to conduct audits for consistency and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in data management and entry
  • Proficiency in Canva to create certificates
  • Data entry experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills
  • Zoom recording processing, reports, and scheduling
