Under the supervision of the Regional Operations & Customer Service Director, Latin America, is responsible for:

- To be the primary contact for World Courier offices providing support and specific information of the active shipments, requirements and other projects, involving operations shared services team. _Ser el contacto principal para las ubicaciones de las oficinas de World Courier para proporcionar soporte e información general y específica de envíos activos, requerimientos y otros proyectos, involucrando la equipo de servicios compartidos de operaciones._
- Ensure that the designated activities executed are best in class, and in a timely manner, updating the respective activities in TMS, and avoiding delays for the Depot and Transportation areas. _Asegurar que las actividades designadas son ejecutadas oportunamente, actualizando las respectivas actividades en TMS, evitando retrasos para las áreas de Deposito y Transporte._
- Make sure that all shipments are handled in the most secure, and efficient way. _Asegúrese de que todos envíos se envíen de la manera más segura, y eficiente;_
- All relevant customs regulations and country guidelines are adhered to for all imports and exports shipments. _Se cumplan todas las regulaciones aduaneras relevantes y las pautas del país para todas las importaciones y exportaciones de envíos._
- Ensure shipments run as smooth as possible through detailed pre-planning. _Asegurar que los envíos se realicen de la manera más fluida posible mediante una planificación previa detallada._

- Work alongside the Business Development Team and the Regional Business Development & Sales Director
- Latin America to provide strategic support to sales strategies. - Coordinate the cooperation between his/her work area with all other areas of the company such that the flow of information is always friction-free, unfettered, and ensuring a positive comprehensive coordination. _Coordine la cooperación entre su área de trabajo con todas las demás áreas de la empresa, de modo que el flujo de información esté siempre libre de fricciones, sin restricciones y garantizando una coordinación integral positiva._

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _(DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES)_:_
- Lead and support the team’s growth, including but not limited to create development plans based on the Career Development Guide. Review and discuss individual cases with local HR and the line manager. _Liderar y apoyar el crecimiento del equipo, incluyendo, pero no limitado a crear planes de desarrollo basados en la Guía de Desarrollo de Carrera.
