**Recruitment and Staffing Call Center Manager**

**Location**: Poblado (Medellín)
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm - 100% on-site

**Position Objectives**:

- Achieve and exceed operational objectives in the recruitment call center by efficiently managing a team of recruiters.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and committed to meeting their goals.
- Learn the key aspects of the recruitment process at ttg Talent Solutions to oversee and guide the team in achieving quality results.
- Identify and propose operational improvements to optimize recruitment processes and team efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, creating a supportive and high-performance environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in the recruitment call center, ensuring compliance with productivity and service quality standards.
- Set performance goals for the team, assign responsibilities, and consistently track results.
- Motivate, develop, and support the team of recruiters, fostering an environment where everyone feels accountable for their goals and achievements.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring workflow remains unaffected.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the team to improve skills and align with ttg Talent Solutions’ expectations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a call center leadership role, preferably managing large teams with a focus on achieving operational goals.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to achieve results through team management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to facilitate real-time problem-solving and decision-making.
- Skills in managing and optimizing operational indicators and workflow processes in a high-demand environment.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement and process optimization strategies in a call center.
- Practical knowledge in handling KPI tracking tools and operational reporting.
