Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This key role involves overseeing multiple client teams, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance expectations, and providing exceptional support to staff members. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer team staff questions about client processes and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve any issues.
  • Escalate to the Staffing Services Manager any issue that cannot be resolved or is out of scope.
  • Diagnose and help resolve issues presented by staff.
  • Resolve any interpersonal team issues.
  • Ensure that staff attendance is monitored properly and timely communicated to the client.
  • Track staff performance in accordance with client expectations.
  • Communicate as needed with the client following their schedule and requirements.
  • Provide staff with direction on client processes and procedures as changes occur.
  • Follow up with staff to ensure changes are being implemented.
  • Resolve any project-related issues of process or procedure with the client.
  • Escalate to the Staffing Manager any issue(s) that cannot be resolved.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of experience as a Team Lead either at Neostella or previous companies (client-facing responsibilities are a plus).
  • Strong English level (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to direct and manage staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple client teams in a dynamic business environment.
  • Able to make decisions promptly and communicate those decisions effectively.
  • Provide and receive feedback on performance.
  • Anticipate issues of process or procedure and alert client management accordingly.
  • Strong working knowledge of Filevine and the ability to problem-solve in the software and explain to team members.
  • Ability to use Microsoft and Google tools.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
