About the RoleThis role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of massive recruitment processes for Game Presenters roles. As a key member of our team, you will identify and engage with top talent in the market, consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs, and develop effective strategies for talent acquisition.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent for Game Presenters roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and appeal to potential candidates
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality candidate referrals
- Analyze recruitment data to inform future strategies and optimize results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in massive recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels, and laws in Colombia
- A passion for talent attraction and recruitment, with a drive to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Achievement-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Willingsness to learn and grow with the company, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$600,000 - $800,000 COP per month (estimated based on location and industry standards)
