We are a dynamic staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our brand image, creating engaging social media content, and designing eye-catching materials for various company events and merchandising.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Design**: Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for our social media platforms to engage our audience and promote our services.
- **Brand Identity**: Maintain and develop the company’s brand image through consistent and innovative design across all visual materials.
- **Event Merchandising**: Design merchandise, such as T-shirts, banners, and promotional items, for company events and parties.
- **Marketing Materials**: Develop and design brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support our sales and recruitment efforts.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English**: Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or branding environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with social media platforms.
- **Creativity**: Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative hybrid environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Benefits**
- Salary: Up to $6M COP monthly
- Full-time position as contractor
- Location: Medellin
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
