**Role Mission**:
To provide seamless, solution-oriented IT support that ensures smooth operations for the company users. The **IT Help Desk Supervisor** will take ownership of the company’s IT infrastructure, foster effective collaboration with external network partners, and empower employees with reliable tools and systems to succeed.

**You Will**:

- Manage the ticketing system to deliver efficient, solution-driven support for IT and service desk issues, catering to both onsite and remote users.
- Act as the primary liaison with the company’s network infrastructure partner, ensuring clear communication, timely completion of projects, and effective task delegation.
- Oversee inventory management processes, keeping systems and records current and accurate.
- Configure, set up, and test devices for new and existing users, ensuring readiness and optimal performance.
- Lead and conduct comprehensive IT onboarding for all new hires, focusing on a smooth introduction to the company’s technology.
- Serve as the go-to expert for the company’s tech stack, including Google Workspace, Front, Zoom, and HubSpot, troubleshooting and providing training as needed.
- Leverage VPN knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring secure access for remote users.
- Lead security-focused service desk operations while championing organization-wide security awareness.
- Manage the IT helpdesk to deliver exceptional service and ensure operational efficiency across all departments.

**You Have**:

- Proven experience in IT support or help desk supervision, with a strong focus on delivering solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Experience acting as a liaison with external network partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project execution.
- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies, including setup, troubleshooting, and secure remote access.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and familiarity with third-party platforms such as Gmail, Front, Zoom, and HubSpot is preferred.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience managing IT inventory and systems updates.
- Experience with ticketing systems, prioritizing, resolving, and tracking IT issues effectively.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
