IT Helpdesk Supervisor Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Supervisor to join our team at Ultimate Jet Vacations. This is a remote position, and we welcome candidates from Latin America to apply.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will oversee the ticketing system, ensuring efficient and solution-driven support for IT and service desk issues.
  • They will act as the primary liaison with our network infrastructure partner, guaranteeing clear communication, timely project completion, and effective task delegation.
  • This role involves managing inventory processes, keeping systems and records up-to-date and accurate.
  • The IT Helpdesk Supervisor will configure, set up, and test devices for new and existing users, ensuring they are ready and functioning optimally.
  • They will lead comprehensive IT onboarding for all new hires, focusing on a seamless introduction to our technology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support or help desk supervision, with a strong focus on delivering solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Experience acting as a liaison with external network partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies, including setup, troubleshooting, and secure remote access.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and third-party platforms such as Gmail, Front, Zoom, and HubSpot is preferred.
