L3 Funding is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join their office in Medellín. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive earning potential with a goal-based income structure ranging from $6,000,000 to $8,000,000, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to offer tailored business financing solutions.
- Collect and manage necessary client documentation.
- Navigate and advance the sales process from initial contact to document presentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our high-performance team culture: we don’t miss our goals.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
- Technical proficiency is a big plus. We are a tech-driven company.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and highly organized outreach processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in business financing or related fields (auto sales, solar sales, debt, home security sales, or telemarketing) is an advantage.

Pay: $4,000,000 - $5,000,000 per month plus commissions.
