Buscamos consultores dinámicos para hacer crecer nuestro equipo de Sistemas de Información y Digital en Bogota. Tu experiência, conocimiento y compromiso nos ayudarán a enfrentar los retos de nuestros clientes.
Estarás apoyando diferentes proyectos a través de tu experiência como Help Desk L1.
**Sus principales responsabilidades**:
Brindar soporte y guía a usuarios de la zona sobre dispositivos IPAD: validar errores, ver si deben llevar a soporte técnico, etc.
Revisión proactivo de funcionamiento de salas teams Rooms de las oficinas y de ser necesario abrir tickets y hacer seguimiento al soporte con el proveedor.
Llevar inventario de IPADS, teams romos
Análisis de encuestas internas y buscar oportunidadades de mejora.
Soporte adicional de ser necesario de primer nível.
El perfil puede ser un técnico o tecnologo
**Requisitos**:
Experiência de al menos 1 año en cargos similares
Gran facilidad con las herramientas informáticas y buen conocimiento del entorno Windows
Experiência en soporte IPAD es un plus
