**Summary of the position**
The Service Desk Analyst L1 plays a crucial role in providing first-level technical support to end-users within the organization. They are responsible for receiving, documenting, and resolving IT service requests and incidents efficiently and effectively. The primary focus of this role is to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide IT support (via phone and chat)
- Perform troubleshoot Office 365 issues
- Unlock accounts in the Active Directory and reset passwords, etc.
- Document calls with high quality and detail. Also follow up and solve tickets assigned.
- Manage the knowledge base for Provision (create articles, remove them, review existing ones, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as L1 Help Desk
- Professional studies related with IT Field is desirable.
- Exchange servers, Office 365, windows 10-11, Office 2013, TS Browsers, TS hardware.
- English communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement.
- French communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement.
- Excellent grammar and spelling and communication skills.
