**Role and Responsibilities**

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les tâches suivantes incombent au G**estionnaire de formation**:
- Gérer le programme assigné en vue de garantir une capacité de traitement maximale des clients et de générer des revenus.
- Veiller à ce que les questions liées aux dossiers de formation et aux documents réglementaires soient gérées et traitées rapidement et avec précision.
- Appuyer l'équipe de la programmation afin de garantir une programmation équilibrée et efficace des instructeurs en vue de répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Veiller au respect des processus.
- Servir de point de contact pour le personnel technique local afin de s'assurer que les dispositifs de formation demeurent fonctionnels pour les programmes publiés.
- Assurer la coordination avec le service des ventes.
- Gérer les qualifications de formation et la mise à niveau de tous les instructeurs assignés afin de garantir l'actualité des compétences et la disponibilité maximale de ceux-ci.
- Procéder à des évaluations des compétences des instructeurs et de leur rendement, en classe ou en simulateur.
- Formuler des recommandations en matière de dotation.
- Être responsable de la normalisation des instructeurs au sein de la flotte assignée.
- Organiser les réunions de formation des instructeurs, au besoin.
- Appuyer la préparation des cours et s'assurer de la disponibilité de la documentation avant le début du cours des clients.
- Appuyer l'élaboration des programmes et des didactyles de formation, selon les besoins.
- Suivre les progrès des clients et signaler les rendements insuffisants.
- Prendre des mesures pour ce qui est des rendements insuffisants
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
- Un minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en lien avec le poste.
- Solide expérience de la formation dans le domaine de l'aviation et de l'aéronautique.
- Détenir ou avoir détenu une licence de pilote professionnel.
- Expérience préalable souhaitable de la gestion de la formation dans le domaine de l'aviation.
- Connaissance pratique des règlements concernés.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
- Axé sur les résultats et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches tout en respectant les échéances.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Disposé à travailler selon un horaire flexible, notamment pendant les jours fériés et les fins de semaine.

In this role, the **Training Manager** will be responsible to:
- Manage assigned program to insure maximum client throughput and revenue capture.
- Ensure training records and regulatory paperwork issues are managed and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support program scheduler to insure the balanced and effective scheduling of instructors to fulfill client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to processes as relevant.
- Act as point of contact with local technical personnel to ensure that training devices remain fit for the published curricula.
- Coordinate with Sales department as appropriate.
- Manage the training qualifications and currency of assigned instructors to ensure maximum instructor availability and currency.
- Conduct simulator and classroom assessments of instructor competence and performance.
- Develop staffing recommendations.
- Be responsible for instructor standardization within the assigned fleet.
- Arrange instructor meetings training as required.
- Support course preparation and availability of course documentation before customer course start date.
- Support the creation of training curricula and courseware as required.
- Monitor client progress and report on substandard performance.
- Take action on substandard performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in job-related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of job-related experience.
- Extensive aeronautical and aviation training experience.
- Hold or have held a professional pilot License.
- Previous management experience in aviation training desirable.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Results oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including public holidays and week-ends.
- Fluency in English and xxx.
