**Your team's dynamic**:
The Technical Inside Sales Representative works collaboratively on an ongoing basis towards the goal of long-term account retention and maximized selling opportunities.

**What your day will look like**:

- Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software solutions, including ability to create small
- to medium-sized system designs with their associated BOMs
- Define product and functional requirements with the objective of preparing quotes based on customer requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Schedule, prepare and ensure that periodic performance evaluations are carried out with main Channel Partners in the assigned region, and that they meet the requirements of our Partner program
- Assist in the development of tailored sales tools and related presentations as needed that helps account sales teams successfully position, sell, deploy and use Genetec solutions
- Provide ad hoc consulting on Genetec’s products for cross and upsell opportunities
- Forecast, manage and report on ongoing sales and pipeline activity
- Working closely with suppliers and various departments for special pricing opportunities
- Communicating regularly with field reps
- Researching technical information on product requests
- Updating customer records and forecasting in the CRM for tracking

**More about you**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience for a technology company. Experience in the Electronic Security Industry in Latin America (Video Surveillance, Access Control, LPR, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills. Portuguese is a plus
- Able to articulate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone and in writing
- Possesses strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a minimum of direction and supervision to be able to translate broad directives into useful tactics and meaningful activities
- Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships with core stakeholders
- Organized, detailed and process oriented
- Acumen for understanding of complex technology systems

El Representante Técnico de Ventas Internas se convierte en un especialista en los procesos y productos de Genetec, así como en las tendencias comerciales, la situación del mercado, los desafíos y las oportunidades de la región asignada. De esta forma, impulsará planes personalizados que nos ayuden a lograr una aceleración mutua de la cartera de proyectos y un crecimiento de los ingresos. El Representante Técnico de Ventas Internas trabaja en colaboración de manera continua, con el objetivo de desarrollar y hacer crecer nuestros canales a largo plazo, y maximizar las oportunidades de venta.

**El día a día**:

- Desarrollar y mantener un amplio conocimiento práctico de las soluciones de software de Genetec, incluida la capacidad de crear diseños de sistemas de tamaño pequeño a mediano con sus listas de materiales asociadas
- Definir los requisitos funcionales y del producto, con el fin de preparar cotizaciones en función de los requisitos del cliente
- Realizar demostraciones y presentaciones de productos
- Programar, preparar y asegurarse de que se realicen evaluaciones de desempeño periódicas con los principales Canales de Venta de la región asignada, y que cumplan con los requisitos de nuestro programa para Partners
- Ayudar en el desarrollo de herramientas de ventas personalizadas y presentaciones relacionadas, según sea necesario, que ayuden a los canales de ventas a posicionar, vender, implementar y utilizar con éxito las soluciones de Genetec
- Brindar consultoría ad hoc sobre los productos de Genetec para oportunidades de ventas cruzadas y adicionales
- Pronosticar, administrar e informar sobre las ventas en curso y la actividad de los canales de venta
- Realizar un seguimiento de la eficacia de los programas y la rentabilidad asociada; monitorear las tendencias y luego aplicar esos aprendizajes para mejorar los programas futuros
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con proveedores y varios departamentos para oportunidades de precios especiales
- Comunicarse regularmente con el equipo de ventas de campo
- Buscar información técnica sobre solicitudes de productos
- Actualizar los registros de clientes y previsiones en el CRM para seguimiento
- Licenciatura o Diploma Universitario
- 2-3 años de experiência en ventas B2B para una empresa de tecnología. La experiência en la Industria de la Seguridad Electrónica en Latinoamérica (Video Vigilancia, Control de Acceso, LPR, etc) es un plus
- Excelentes habilidades de presentación
