We are looking for Technical Support or Help Desk Advisors with minimum 1 year experience and conversational English C1, with strong customer service skills, problem solving, great verbal skills, time management & attention to detail.
About the Role:
- Proven experience as a technologist or professional in systems, telecommunications or otherwise, henceforth with certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support and customer service.
- Knowledge in remote systems.
- Knowledge in Clover Dashboard (Not required).
- Knowledge in POS systems (Not required).
You will be in charge of:
- Software Maintenance.
- Administration of sales, inventory & POS management
- Preparation & Activation of POS equipment
- Virtual assistance for POS installation, reprogramming, maintenance, support & repair.
- Troubleshooting POS problems such as breakdowns, and communication repairs.
- Responsible for signage and training of sales representatives.
- Responsible for diagnosing, resolving, closing and documenting work performed at customers.
