Process Improvement Specialist

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and feedback related to current processes.
Analyze data and metrics to develop actionable recommendations for process optimization and enhancement.
Design and implement new processes, workflows, and procedures to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Develop and deliver training sessions to educate staff on updated processes and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
Identify and address potential risks and barriers to successful process implementation, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on process improvement initiatives and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years+) in process improvement and operations management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders to adopt new processes and practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Experience working with global companies.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working with startups.
Experience using process mapping and modeling tools.
Bilingual -Fluent in English plus a second language preferably Chinese or Spanish.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
