**Descripción del puesto**:
El Business Development Manager de AWS tendrá como principales responsabilidades liderar, desarrollar, coordinar, controlar, monitorear y apoyar; los negocios y ventas de servicios de capacitación certificados en la región de Latam. Servir de gestor principal del cumplimiento de metas y objetivos establecidos por sedes y en general en todo el territorio.

**Dentro de sus funciones estarán**:
Definir los objetivos y metas a ser alcanzadas por país y por fabricante según asignación de línea de negocio.

Desarrollar el “Business Plan” contemplando las estrategias y plan de acciones a seguir, en el cumplimiento de objetivos trazados.

Lograr los objetivos y metas de ventas anuales por país y por fabricante.

Mantener una estrecha relación con los fabricantes asignados a la región.

Participación de eventos, seminarios, webinars y presentaciones realizadas por los fabricantes, para luego alinear el desarrollo de los productos.

Mantener siempre activa la competencia y el nível de alianza con los fabricantes, cumpliendo los requerimientos de asociación y membresías.

Lograr nuevas competencias y representación de fabricantes según visión de la empresa.

Mantener las certificaciones técnicas requeridas por los fabricantes como requisito de alianza.

Firmar nuevos convenios con empresas de educación para ampliar nuestro portafolio y compartir nuestra oferta.

Definir las estrategias y objetivos de las nuevas alianzas.

**Requisitos**:
Profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales, ingenierías o afines.

Inglés avanzado indispensable.

Portugués es un plus, no indispensable.

Experiência de más de 5 años en el área Comercial, con experiência en tecnología (**AWS**) y venta de servicios.
