Bilingual Administrative Assistant

TRABAJO PRESENCIAL EN LA CIUDAD DE MEDELLIN, OFICINA EN EL POBLADO.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Administrative Duties: o Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. o Manage the office's day-to-day operations, including scheduling and coordinating appointments. o Process rental agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
3. Financial Responsibilities: o Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing. o Maintain expense reports. o Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
4. Fleet Management Support: o Assist in managing the rental fleet, including tracking vehicle availability and maintenance schedules. o Coordinate vehicle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring timely turnover. o Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
5. Communication: o Liaise with vendors, service providers, and customers as needed. o Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos. o Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
1. Education: o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
2. Experience: o Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is required. o Experience in the car rental industry or a related field is a plus.
3. Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. o Strong organizational and time management skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. o Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial transactions. o Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
4. Personal Attributes: o High attention to detail and accuracy. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the office. o Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
5. Other Requirements: o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. o Ability to pass a background check. o Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays if needed
Horarios establecidos:
Miercoles a Domingo de 8:00am a 5:00pm ( 1 hora de almuerzo)
