**Job Description: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)**
**Location**: Hybrid, Medellin
**Schedule**: Full-time
**Type of Contract**: Permanent

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle repetitive tasks efficiently, maintaining focus and a positive attitude.
- Assist with title-related tasks, including reviewing and processing title documents.
- Manage social media content creation using Canva and post on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate title-related records.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Provide administrative support across various departments, particularly for title-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
