**What are we looking for?**:
We are looking for people passionate about sales innovation, goal achievement and customer service experience.

If you have strong abilities in communication, self-management, perseverance, resourcefulness, proactivity, results orientation, and analytical skills in understanding the environment and markets.

If you are a marketing, international business or engineering professional and have an English level of **B2** or higher.
If you have more than **2 years** of experience in **digital sales **specifically in the **sale of IT services portfolio.**
If you know Digital Sales tactics through different channels such as mail, linkedin, calls etc.
If you understand the IT area and positions, organization chart, roles and responsibilities of different -people, to have contact with the right people.

And you have knowledge of web analytics, copywriting and CRM tools.

This opportunity is for you

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Identify opportunities for sales growth in the market.
- Contact different positions and people (Buyer Persona) to be able to offer IT services.
- Plan and define processes and filters that make contacting and searching for potential customers more efficient.
- Coordinate and manage calls with customers/prospects to set up calls and meetings to offer/present the service and company.
- Ability to generate and execute demand plans.
- Analyze user behavior data using:

- Analytics tools
- A/B testing tools; other business intelligence tools.
- Where available user data is limited, the Digital Sales will coordinate efforts to obtain customer feedback through surveys, questionnaires, etc.
- Lead experiments and growth initiatives to acquire new customers, drive leads through the sales funnel, increase sales.
- Provide information to help the company define its growth objectives. By analyzing user data, determine where to focus when planning an expansion strategy.
- Help the company achieve its key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure the progress of the growth plan.
