Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson based in Colombia to join our team as an International Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for turning large corporations in the United States into valuable clients, promoting and selling our offshore software engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Client Engagement:
- Utilize virtual platforms for networking, presentations, and meetings to connect with potential clients in the United States.
Digital Marketing and Outreach:
Webinars and Virtual Events:
- Host webinars and virtual events to showcase our expertise and solutions to a U.S. audience.
LinkedIn B2B Sales Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in B2B sales on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leveraging the platform for effective client outreach and relationship building.
Collaboration with Local Representatives:
- Explore partnerships with local representatives or agencies in the United States for additional ontheground support.
Effective Utilization of Sales Technology:
- Leverage sales technology tools to streamline processes, including CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as crucial platforms, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market and corporate landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and crosscultural environment.
Additional Considerations:
The position is based in Colombia, and the salesperson will need to employ virtual methods to engage with U.S. clients effectively.
