Coupa Pay is the leading global payments platform that offers a one-stop-shop for all B2B payments and financing needs for Coupa customers. Coupa has partnered with leading global financial institutions in order to deliver customer value and success while meeting the changing needs of our customers.

The Coupa Pay Customer Adoption Manager will be part of a team responsible for helping customers drive ongoing adoption and innovation to achieve the greatest value from their use of Coupa Pay through value optimization, adoption program planning and solution expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide ongoing advice and guidance to accelerate and elevate product usage and adoption for maximum value from Coupa Pay
- Manage multiple customer engagement initiatives and multiple customers
- Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues
- Manage the CAM engagement with customers using strong project management best practices with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Coupa Pay platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
- Develop and present compelling data driven analysis of a customer’s solution against best practices to optimize configuration and identify areas for improvement
- Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal
- Provide technical and functional expertise to customers across all Coupa Pay entitlements
- Provide support for major releases by providing an impact analysis of new features and guidance to transition to self-service adoption
- Provide full health checks including adoption plans, action logs and schedule regular meetings for status updates and progress
- Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues
- Provide guidance to customers on supplier enablement, ensuring suppliers are educated and set up to engage with Coupa Pay
- Work collaboratively with Coupa Pay Growth and Adoption Managers to identify areas for growth

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in procurement, accounts payable, sourcing, or IT
- Strongly prefer a background in both procurement and accounts payable
- Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
- Strong curiosity of understanding how things work. Don’t be satisfied with just knowing the answer, have the desire to understand the underlying fundamentals
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Salesforce
- Enjoys working in a goal-oriented environment
- Experience working in organizations undergoing rapid growth
