The HR Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources function in Colombia and surrounding Latin America countries. This role will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and will support Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and LATAM as required. This role will work closely with HR and front-line departmental leadership, acting as an ambassador to support our business, region and employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key partners from all departments to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs: includes relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and service delivery commitments
- Manage employee relations services to provide a single point of contact for efficiently providing highly accessible expert ER interface across the business. This will include resignations, terminations and disciplinary actions
- Run reports and perform data analysis as needed by the business
- Assist and/or train managers and employees with HRIS form submission where needed
- Resolve and manage employee help desk tickets
- Maintain regular meeting cadences with front-line leaders.
- Consult with managers on the creation and execution of PIPs and coaching plans, keeping leadership appraised of progress
- Manage assigned employee relations issues and investigations, keeping leadership appraised of progress
- Process resignations for assigned employees, including exit letters, HRIS process, exit interviews, etc.
- Provide support in the revision, development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Lead projects and serve on cross-functional teams related to HR programs and objectives
- Provide training to front-line leaders, where needed
- Answer/resolve HR-related inquiries, providing employees and managers with complete and accurate information
- Serve as a consultative partner to the HRBP’s, developing needs assessments and resulting in HR solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or experience in a related field
- Minimum five years of experience as Human Resources generalist with proven experience managing the HR function in LATAM
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations within LATAM. Fluent in Spanish and or Portuguese as well as in English
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of computerized systems and software such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems (Ceridian preferred)
- Must work in the office. This is not a work from home or telecommuting position
- This is a full time position with a 40 hour work week
