**The Impact of a **_**Operations**_ **Analyst at Coupa**:
**What you will do**:
- Support and analyze acquisition / integrations for provisioning, CPQ / entitlement tracking, and overall _order_ management process
- Support _order_ management team with Salesforce _operations_ including but not limited to opportunity auditing, _contract_ documentation, and CPQ _data_ management
- Ensure proper _revenue_ documentation is obtained and attached for all closed / won Salesforce opportunities in a timely manner
- Support customer provisioning process to ensure correct products are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Support “ad-hoc” _operations_ related projects and analysis as deemed necessary by supporting manager / _operations_ team
- Maintain _contract_ and subscriptions records for all active customer accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Great communication skills, ability to work with employees based in the US
- Salesforce - Proficient _user_
- Microsoft _Excel_ - Expert _user_
- Google Mail - Proficient _user_
- Google Drive - Proficient _user_
- English Language - Fluent
- Methodical - orderly or systematic in thought and behavior
- Investigative - ability to quickly and accurately research unknown accounts, using context clues and information available online to identify accurate account details
- Analytical - ability to analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Perpetual - capability to work on a repetitive task for a long period of time without compromising quality of work
**It would be great if you could also bring**:
- Ability to work cross functionally to achieve a desired result or project goal
- _Experience_ managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising the quality of the deliverable
- Background supporting finance projects and the ability to be detail oriented on a repetitive basis
- Understanding of process maps and ability create process documentation to ensure cross functional training
- _Experience_ using Jira and Confluence for both support management and documentation
