Lo que harás:
- Impulsar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde el compromiso inicial del cliente hasta el cierre de la venta (y en algunos casos hasta la entrega del servicio).
- Prospectar clientes potenciales mediante llamadas salientes;
- Calificar prospectos según los criterios de la empresa para establecer la probabilidad de ventas;
- Capacitarse y mantener un alto nível de conocimiento en soluciones relevantes para tener conversaciones significativas con clientes potenciales.
- Hacer presentaciones rápidas a gerentes y tomadores de decisiones de los clientes.
- Preparar y entregar propuestas de manera oportuna.
- Trabajar con roles de ventas de soluciones y entrega de soluciones cuando sea necesario para atender las necesidades del cliente.
- Disciplina en el uso de CRM.
- Informar sobre la actividad de ventas (incluye la frecuencia deseada: diario es ideal para la precisión) y ejecutar actividades de manera oportuna;
- Mantener notas detalladas sobre interacciones con clientes existentes y potenciales (incluir frecuencia: la precisión diaria es ideal).
Sobre ti:
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiência en ventas de productos Microsoft o suscripciones de Nube.
- Conocimiento de Excel.
- Conocimiento y uso de CRM.
- (Un plus) Experiência trabajando con países en la región.
