**What You'll Bring**:
Sales and Leadership skills development experience (through either work &/or facilitation experience)
Knowledge of Adult Learning principles, Sales Enablement frameworks and KPI measurement models
Experience with Content Development software (i.e. Adobe Studio / Articulate / Camtasia)
Undergraduate degree and a min. of 4 years of relevant experience and/or recognized certifications
Ability to speak Portuguese fluently in a business setting

**Job Description**:
Facilitate/deliver blended learning experiences for our international sales force, in both English and Spanish, that drive sustainable, behavioral change through common content delivery platforms (i.e. Cornerstone / Seismic / Sharepoint / Zoom)
Manage and execute multiple, critical sales enablement projects and sales-related events through project management & execution, Executive / Regional / SME stakeholder interactions and translation assistance
Articulate ideas in verbal and written presentations across the organization, from senior executives to peers, at an above-average communication ability level
Able to effectively work remotely and independently, in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones, with a high attention to detail
Willing to both deep-dive into the details combined with the ability to step back and synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations

**Impact You'll Make**:
In the first 90 days, you will successfully navigate the growth curve of learning a new organization’s culture, processes and ‘way of doing things’ while having an immediate impact through assisting the International Sales Enablement Lead with the execution of in-stream International Sales COE projects
Beyond 90 days, you will start owning, managing and developing key International Sales Enablement projects, supporting Regional sales enablement teams, and working on developing foundations for longer term projects
Key projects you’ll be working on would include:
Developing and delivering impactful courses to help upskill our International sales & sales leaders (i.e. Deal Structuring & Pricing courses)
Establishing an International Sales Academy framework through leveraging key stakeholder input
Executing on virtual and in-person sales related events (with the potential of up to 15% travel required)
