The Customer Service Senior Supervisor is an intermediate management-level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction of a team to provide client resolution and support in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of customer service support to external clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a small team and ensure the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team
- Provide solutions and influence decisions with potential for broader organizational impact within established procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Exchange ideas and potentially complex/sensitive information to team and recommend and execute new work procedures, as needed
- Influence decisions through recommendation and facilitation of services to ensure volume, quality and timeliness of end results
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of previous customer service required
- Supervisory experience required
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- English proficiency is required - Supervisor of english speakers and permanently have interactions with english speakers

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
