Sobre tu posición
Estamos buscando un practicante comercial para el área de servicio post-venta, basado en Bogotá y manejando principalmente el portafolio de equipos de separación dinámica.
Después de haber adquirido un conocimiento básico en nuestras soluciones y productos, estarás a cargo de apoyar el equipo de cotizaciones transaccionales, brindando mayor agilidad de repuesta a nuestros clientes y así alcanzar los objetivos del área.
Como parte de tus responsabilidades, se encuentra el proporcionar soporte directo a los clientes, la recepción de pedidos y construir una relación sólida con los ingenieros de ventas internas y de campo.
Responsabilidades clave
- Interacción de venta con el cliente
- Registro de RFQ’s y Elaboración de cotizaciones en el sistema ERP.
- Seguimiento de cotizaciones y cierre de pedidos.
- Responsable del desarrollo y mantenimiento de ventas y relaciones con los clientes en alineación con las ventas internas/externas.
- Mejorar/mantener actualizada la información de nuestro sistema CRM.
**Perfil**:
Estudiantes de últimos semestres en ingeniería mecánica o industrial.
Habilidades y conocimientos
Excelentes habilidades para construir relaciones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
