Job Title

Sales and Customer Service Executive

**Job Description**:

- We will provide you with product and skills training, so you can sell successfully. You will also benefit from working alongside some of the best consultants in the English language sector, who will be there to coach you in your development and celebrate your ongoing success
- Responsibilities:- Guiding students from multiple locations through their enrolment flow and onto their Kaplan Online course (No cold calling). Making sure their needs are matched by our products. Pushing extensions and upsells for Online courses
- Communicating with the Online Courses Academic teams on issues and bookings.
- Tracking sales and customers through our most advanced CRM system (Salesforce) and other business systems
- Customer Service on bookings for B2C and B2B
- Meeting and exceeding individual and territory targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Requirements:- Advanced English Speaker (B2-C1) and preferably another language
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or close to graduate-
- Living Abroad experienced. Passion about traveling, education or language learning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- To be sales oriented and target driven. Ability to work under pressure when required- Compensation and Benefits:- Salary goes from $2,400,000 per month, more Bonus. Commission plan between 300 and 700 USD per month-
- 3 weeks of intensive training on systems, products, and sales techniques
- 3 weeks’ vacation
