Amazon Business Manager

**Responsibilities**:1. Amazon Account Management: Manage and optimize all aspects of our Amazon seller account, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue on the Amazon platform. This includes identifying new opportunities, launching new products, and optimizing existing listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
3. Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns on Amazon, including sponsored ads, promotions, and other advertising initiatives to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our listings
4. Product Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize product titles, descriptions, and images, and continuously refine product listings to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
5. Product Development: Work with product development team to analyze product listings on Amazon and find product opportunities for us to exploit.
6. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity on Amazon, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
7. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers on Amazon by managing product reviews, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across channels.
**Requirements**: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts and driving sales on the Amazon platform.
3. In-depth knowledge of Amazon's seller central interface, policies, and best practices.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
5. Experience with Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and proficiency in optimizing advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and taking initiative to drive business growth on Amazon.
**Preferred Qualifications**: 1. Experience working in e-commerce or retail, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
2. Certification or training in Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising.
3. Familiarity with third-party Amazon seller tools and software (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Sellics).
4. Knowledge of Amazon's international marketplaces and experience selling internationally on Amazon.
5. Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and managing inventory across multiple fulfillment centers
