**Job Overview**:
We're scouting for a distinctive leader for developing and growing Marketing and Sales B2B department - not merely someone with the credentials, but an individual with the spirit, vigor, and tenacity to spearhead and galvanize our marketing and sales efforts. Your charter is to harness the diverse potential of our brand, cultivating strategies that reinforce our footprint in existing markets and identify uncharted terrains.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage our marketing and sales teams, establishing benchmarks of success, accountability, and fostering innovation.
- **_Experience in B2B sales’ processes, ideally within the hospitality industry _**

Strategic Vision: Formulate, present, and execute clear marketing and sales strategies that align with Cloud9's goals, ensuring optimal brand presence and revenue generation.

Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in current processes, devise solutions, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.

Decision Making: Allocate budgets wisely, discerning high-ROI channels, and endeavors, while avoiding or rectifying less productive investments.

Collaboration: Integrate seamlessly with other departments, ensuring marketing and sales goals are congruent with the company's broader objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Extensive experience in marketing and sales B2B leadership roles, especially within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments or startups.

Skills: Mastery over diverse marketing platforms, tools, and sales methodologies.

Demonstrable ability to architect and lead successful campaigns, both digital and traditional. Proven capability in nurturing leads, closing sales, and meeting (or exceeding) ambitious targets.

Mindset: An unyielding growth-oriented perspective, emphasizing creativity, adaptability, and meticulous data-driven decision-making.

Language Proficiency: English C2 level is mandatory.
