**About this great opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Head of Solution Delivery based in Bogotá, who will be responsible to drive large professional services engagements based on Ericsson Digital Services portfolio towards Ericsson’s customers, and support the Key Account Manager with extensive technical and solution knowledge.

In this role, you will lead a dynamic, flexible, and program-oriented organization, ensuring flawless continuation of the current project portfolio, and seamless transition towards agile delivery models.

From opportunity phase until the complete fulfilment of the contract, the head of delivery, will ensure the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.

**What you will do**:

- Drive excellence in consultancy services, specifically in the areas of integration and solutions for business-to-business collaboration and information sharing domains.
- Lead the preparation of solution offer that best meet our clients' needs.
- Leading the preparation and delivery of solutions that exceed our customers' expectations
- Ensure financial control of each of the projects
- be the line manager of a cross functional and multi-cultural group of experienced Solution architects, implementation managers, project managers and program managers.
- Mentor the team, to interact with them and support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
- Contribute to the Professional Services culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven.

**You will bring**:

- Solid understanding of the BSS Domain portfolio and good overall understanding of Telco landscape.
- Strong background working with both agile and waterfall project execution methodologies.
- Experience in leading diverse and multicultural teams in a virtualized and hybrid homeworking set-up.
- Outstanding relating & networking skills, good in deciding & initiating action
- Delivering Results & Exceed Customer Expectations
- Project financials skills
