This is a remote position.

**This job is open to Colombian residents only.**

**Working Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 11AM - 8PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break

The client is looking for someone who can speak Spanish and English fluently and can adhere to the requirements below.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and organizing: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of schedules and any changes.
- Data entry and record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. Inputting and extracting data, generating reports, and organizing documents.
- Document preparation: Drafting, formatting, and editing documents, such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations. Ensuring documents are error-free and properly filed.
- Meeting support: Assisting with meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. Coordinating with participants, arranging facilities, and ensuring smooth proceedings.
- Office management: Performing general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication and collaboration: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues. Coordinating information flow, resolving queries, and facilitating effective communication.
- Confidentiality and discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Assisting in resolving operational issues and making appropriate decisions within the designated authority. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient administrative processes.
- Miscellaneous support: Providing support in various areas as needed, such as assisting with event planning, conducting research, and preparing presentations.

- Advanced written and spoken English, comfortable making phone calls or answering the
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, quick learner
- Ability to think in an innovative and creative way
- Ability to work as a part of the team with little supervision or micro-managing
- Mature, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, start-up like mindset
- Willing to take responsibility, give suggestions, play fair, learn new things
