We are expanding and constantly looking for the best of the best—dedicated salespeople.

**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED **Experience is overrated. We are looking for drive, hunger, and personality. If you are willing and able to do what it takes, we will provide the training.

- **$4/HOUR| WEEKLY PAY PLUS UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Source sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and follow up with every prospect to advance the sales process.
- Introduce products via outbound calls by addressing customer needs, communicating value, and building trust with prospective clients.
- Handle objections and provide effective rebuttals to close deals.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for calls and customer engagement.
- Achieve the minimum weekly sales quota and actively contribute to future sales through proactive and dedicated efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, capturing valuable information.

- Resilient in the face of rejection and continuously seeking to learn and improve their sales skills.
- Capable of making a minimum of 200 calls per day, with provided leads.
- Good command of the English language and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a definite PLUS.
- Personal work equipment: Desktop computer with a camera or a laptop computer with WINDOWS Operating System (OS).
- USB noise-canceling headphones.
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps, with backup power and internet.
- Night shifts (Pacific Time US).
- Can start immediately
