**About us**
Discount Lots aims to make land ownership easy and affordable for everyone by offering listings not listed on the market, exclusive access to land listings, and an innovative rent-to-own program. With one simple idea, Discount Lots has put their experience as real estate brokers and supply chain specialists to work to find overlooked deals on land to find savings and pass it on to clients.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Executive at Discount Lots. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating sales, finding new leads, establishing lasting relationships with clients, and closing deals. They will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed sales goals, expand the client base, and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of phone sales experience
- Proven experience generating leads, building a client base, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Experience working in a remote environment or a virtual team environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with land sales, real estate, or property management is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work 6 days per week
