**NIGHT SHIFT IT WORK**
**Join Our Team as a Level 3 Helpdesk Resource**
**Location**: Colombia - Medellin, Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Argentina (Cordoba) Mexico (Chihuahua), Guatemala/Honduras.
We are seeking a Level 3 Helpdesk Resource to support multiple client environments. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Diagnose & Resolve**:Skillfully diagnose and correct computer system and server issues.
- **Lead Server Management**: Lead the team in managing servers and other aspects of our clients' computer systems.
- **Adapt & Contribute**: Be prepared to undertake related duties as required and assigned.
**Qualifications Required**:
- **Leadership**: Ability to collaborate within a team and take a lead role in designing, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure systems.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in physical and virtual server environments, Office 365, Azure, and other Cloud Services, desktop knowledge (Windows, Mac), Windows Server, Virtual Machines, Hypervisor, Azure Active Directory, VMware, Veeam, Office 365, SQL database, Cloud security, Cloud monitoring, automation, Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery.
- **Networking**: Strong networking skills, including experience with security appliances such as Fortinet, Meraki, SonicWALL, etc., and incident management.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand technical issues and provide solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer-Focused**: Customer-oriented attitude with the willingness to directly engage with end-user clients.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- **Best Practices**: Understanding of industry best practices for cloud-based infrastructure maintenance and support.
