**HR Manager T&A and Employee Experience**:
**About the Role**:
Su alcance es para los paises de Colombia, Ecuador, Republica Dominicana y Puerto Rico para las tres unidades de negocio Health & Medical, Consumer Goods y Porfesional Hygine.
**What You Will Do**:
- Liderar el proceso de selección de personal para garantizar la atracción y el reclutamiento del talento idóneo para la compañía de acuerdo con lineamientos definidos, objetivos estratégicos planteados por la organización y las necesidades del negocio.
- Definir la estrategia de selección de personal (Interno, temporal, headhunter y aprendices).
- Administrar la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto asignado para el proceso de selección, reclutamiento y adaptación de empelados, para asegurar la costo efectividad del proceso de selección (ej. Integrando al proceso de la herramienta tecnológica, proveedores idóneos, etc.).
- Administrar y supervisar la gestión de la empresa de Temporales y de los HeadHunter.
- Alinear el proceso de selección y reclutamiento con los HRBP / HR Managers de la compañía.
- Definir los lineamientos de selección y reclutamiento de personal (asegurar documentos, información oportuna, agendas tipos, inducción, etc.), logrando alineaicón en los como: Contratación, Onboarding, Experiência del Empleado, Nómina, Formación, etc.
- Gestionar la adaptación, el desarrollo y retención del talento de essity através de la creación, implementación y alineación del proceso de experiência de empleados.
- Coordinar el proceso de Onboarding para asegurar los requerimientos para el ingreso de los nuevos colaboradores.
- Asegurar la costo-efectividad del proceso de Experiência del Empleado, apalancados a través de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en comunicaciones internas, bienestar, cultura y clima organizacional.
- Administrar la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto de Experiência del Empleado.
- Liderar la alineación del proceso de Experiência del Empleado a nível organizacional a través los HRBP de Gestión Humana.
- Asegurar la alineación del proceso con la corporación para dar una solución alineada y que genere el impacto cultural esperado.
- Liderar la planeación del programa de Bienestar con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de todos los colaboradores, garantizando la satisfacción de los trabajadores siendo costo-eficientes.
- Coordinar la creación y diseño del programa anual de Bienestar y su respectivo presupuesto.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las actividades del programa de Bienestar.
- Crear y manterner actualizadas las políticas, procedimientos y control de indicadores (KpIs) incluido el manejo de presupuesto de los procesos a su cargo, con el fin de contar con un marco de referencia para la ejecución de sus funciones.
- Mantener actualizada la información documentada de los procesos, procedimientos, políticas e indicadores.
- Asegurar el cargue de la documentación de los procesos a su cargo en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Evaluar de manera permanente los procesos y procedimientos, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Medir y evaludar el rendimiento de los Indicadores, asegurando su cargue en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de acuerdo con la periodicidad establecida.
- Identificar y controlar los riesgos operacionales de sus procesos a cargo, con el fin de mitigarlos.
**Who You Are**:
- Psicólogo, Administrador de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial o afines.
- Con posgrado en Gestión Humana, Dirección Estratégica, Relaciones Laborales y/o afines
- Preferiblemente con nível de Inglés a partir de nível B2 o C1.
- Mínimo Diez (10) años en roles de liderazgo de procesos de desarrollo y selección en áreas de gestión humana, con manejo de presupuesto y equipo a cargo, en empresas de tamaño mediano o grande.
- Sólidos conocimientos en normatividad laboral y seguridad social.
