The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Channel Marketing Specialist at Dental Solutions Business in Colombia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role you will be able to make an impact by contributing to execute the prioritized marketing campaigns for prioritized channel partners as well as developing a deep understanding of channel partners goals, go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools, and operations to maximize impact through to end-users. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Implements effectively marketing programs, promotional cycles, campaigns, and portfolio strategies through the channel partners._- Supports data analysis focusing on identifying and developing new opportunities along with the local channel team._- Ensures investments are aligned to marketing strategy and campaigns, as well as following all policies and procedures’ requirements._- Leads ecommerce program with distributors._- Builds demand plan aligned with Activation Marketing, Sales and Channel Teams._- Collect insights and recognize market trends through contact with channel partners._

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Marketing, administration, engineering or related areas Bachelor’s Degree- Experience in Marketing and/or Business positions

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Excellent coordination and communication skills- Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability- Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Salesforce- Experience with e Commerce, social media, and digital marketing activation- Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working with channel sales and/or channel marketing- Experience in dental market, consumer goods or promotional marketing- English and Portuguese command in both written and oral

Work location: Bogotá (Hybrid Eligible)

Travel: May include up to 50%
