Colabora con Solventers innovadores alrededor del mundo

Como Clinical Specialist desempeñarás un rol clave en la implementación de la estrategia educativa en la división de Soluciones de Cuidado Oral para la región Andina, base Bogotá Colombia. En este rol podrás contribuir a la educación de los odontólogos para un mejor ejercicio de la profesión, trabajando de la mano con nuestras universidades para la entrega de información de primera mano y aportando nuevas ideas al equipo de marketing, canal y ventas en la generación de nuevas oportunidades.

Como Clinical Specialist Dental Division, tendrás la oportunidad de explotar tu curiosidad y colaborar con algunas de las personas más innovadoras y diversas de todo el mundo. Aquí, causarás impacto:

- Generaras ideas innovadoras relacionadas con actividades educativas
- Conducirás conferencias y entrenamientos, actividades demostrativas relacionados con soluciones para el cuidado Oral para odontólogos, especialistas, representantes de ventas de 3M y la distribución.
- Implementaras la estrategia educativa propuesta por el equipo de Scientific Affairs y Marketing
- Motivaras y acompañaras al equipo de ventas en la búsqueda de nuevos clientes, influenciadores del mercado y conversión de clientes.
- Acompañaras a las Universidades en el entrenamiento de portafolio de productos

Sus habilidades y experiência
- Profesional en Odontología con especialidad en Operatoria, estética y materiales dentales o Rehabilitación Oral.
- Experiência clínica en el área de Odontología, uso de materiales dentales.
- Nível de Inglés Medio/ Alto
- Habilidades en presentaciones efectivas y de comunicación
- Disponibilidad y flexibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente

Para que tengas éxito en este puesto desde el primer día, Solventum requiere (como mínimo) las siguientes cualificaciones:

- Odontólogo (5) años de experiência relacionada
- Rehabilitación Oral / Operatoria, Estética y materiales dentales (2) años de experiência.

Entre las habilidades/conocimientos adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener mayor éxito en este puesto se incluyen:

- Actitudes propositivas, creativas, relacionado con temas educativos.
- Habilidades comerciales,
- Fotografía clínica,
- Generación de contenido digital,

Lugar de trabajo:

- Presencial - Bogotà

Viajes: Puede incluir hasta un 60% Nacional, 10 Internacional
