**La Posición**:
Realizar acciones encaminadas a fortalecer y apoyar actividades administrativas y de analisis para dar soporte dentro de Commercial Excellence de Salud Animal que faciliten la consecución de los objetivos del area.
**Tareas y **Responsabilidades**:
- Colaborar en el proceso de carga de información y manejo de herramientas.
- Brindar apoyo en la consolidación del cierre de inventarios de venta de los distribuidores.
- Colaborar con el cálculo de los objetivos de venta y alcances de venta para la liquidación de incentivos de las fuerzas de venta comerciales.
- Asistir con el cálculo y seguimiento de los Indicadores Claves de Rendimiento (KPI´s) del equipo de fuerza de ventas y clientes.
- Apoyar con el manejo del sistema CRM Veeva.
- Apoyar en el desarrollo de proyectos de automatización de procesos comerciales.
- Apoyar en la gestion del seguimiento continuo de tareas, verificacion de datos y construccion de indicadores del area.
- Apoyar, dando informacion y respuesta a los usuarios con respecto al manejo de los proceso internos.
- Apoyar en el mejoramiento de procesos a traves del desarrollo de herramientas que faciliten la experiência del cliente interno.
***Requisitos**:
- Estudiante universitario/a de la carrera de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería o carrera o fin.
- Nível Avanzado de Excel
- Nível Avanzado de Power Point
- Nível intermedio de idioma Inglés B2.
- Manejo de Power BI/Tableau (Deseable).
