**Descripción de puesto**
Brindar y ejecutar todas las actividades de Order Management (planeación) y actividades de servicio al cliente.
**Deberes y Responsabilidades**
Procesamiento de órdenes de ventas (Order Entry) y contratos, creación de artículos y estructuras en el sistema QAD
Elaboracion los reportes de órdenes, Analisis de Precios, Importaciones para analisis del mercado.
Descuentos anticipados de contratos, informe trimestral de evaluacion de desempeno, mensuales de ventas y otros requerimientos correspondientes al departamento Seguimiento al avance, analisis y cumplimiento de las órdenes y KPIs de los procesos Realizar seguimiento y control de ordenes de ventas (OV), verificando el estado y con enfoque a las reportadas como criticas y de ser necesario solicitar prorrogas
Gestionar la coordinacion sobre la entrega de productos y soportar en el remisionado Asistir y participar activamente en las reuniones programadas por el área de Servicio al cliente, SIG y DAM.
Documentar y analizar los PQD (Peticiones, Quejas, Recalmos y Discrepancias) y las evaluaciones de desempeoo de los clientes Soportar el proceso de creación de nuevos clientes o su actualización
Actualizar la informacion y documentacion en las plataformas de los clientes
Apoyar todas las actividades de Servicio al Cliente para el área de ventas.
Incluye soportar algunas cotizaciones, y, oportunidades, etc.
Coordinar la gestion de los leads recibidos C4C
Administración de inventario de contratos.

- Ingeniero Industria y/o afines
- Experiência en Customer Service de minimo 2 años
- Ingles B1
- Uso de herramientas de manera avanzada en paquete office
- Experiência en creacion y analisis de reportes
- Preferiblemente con experiência en Power BI
- Preferiblemente manejo de plataformas SAP ariba o similares
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y seguimiento.
